The employees of the Nikšić public preschool institution (JPU) "Dragan Kovačević" decided to enter the jubilee year when they are celebrating 75 years of existence with "Joyful steps".
This is the name of the first yearbook published by this institution, which was promoted at the beginning of Children's Sunday, which is celebrated from October 7 to 13.
Snežana Zogović, director of the "Dragan Kovačević" Public Prosecutor's Office, said that she was honored and pleased that for the first time in the form of a publication the activities that took place in their institution in the past year, and even decades before, were presented.
"The jubilee 75th year started with 'Veseli koraci' and I hope that this year, if it is possible, and I believe it is, because we have quite a lot of potential, we will start even better," said Zogović.
The editors of the yearbook are: Snežana Zogović, Suzana Batina, Gordana Žižić, Milica Nikolić, Dragana Lalić, Žana Delibašić Raičević, Dragana Burić, Gordana Tomić, Jelena Marković and Vladimir Vujadinović. Goran Radojičić was in charge of proofreading, while "Bad brain" studio took care of the graphic design.
According to Suzana Batina, project coordinator, in March of last year they gathered around the idea and agreed that the kindergarten deserves an annual review of events that will be recorded and preserved in the first and subsequent yearbooks.
The idea was realized and, as Žana Delibašić Raičević says, the 44 pages were too small to present all the events that children and employees celebrated last year.
"The yearbook is not a collection of pictures, words and projects that we realized, but it is a testimony of a special trip that we traveled with the children last school year with a lot of laughter, there were also tears, a lot of new lessons, learning, socializing, love, friendship, responsibility," said Delibašić Raičević, who presented the content of "Happy Steps".
And between the two covers there is also the history of the "Dragan Kovačević" JPU, the team of employees as well as all twenty educational units, important projects, artistic creations of the little ones are presented...
"This first issue is an inspiration for the year ahead, and I expect that the next one will be even better and more content, that it will have more pages," said Delibašić Raičević.
The yearbook project was realized with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, and the Municipality of Nikšić, the Tourism Organization of Nikšić, Lovćen Insurance and the company "Veletex" also helped.
Miloš Nenezić from the Municipal Secretariat for Culture, Sports, Youth and Social Welfare congratulated the yearbook and pointed out that their cooperation with the Public Prosecutor's Office "Dragan Kovačević" is continuous and fruitful. He is sure that it will be so in the future.
Mirko Pavićević, representative of the Council of Parents and member of the Board of Directors of the Dragan Kovačević Public School, said that he was honored and pleased that he too was in some way a part of the yearbook and that he had the opportunity to highlight in it the exceptional cooperation of parents and that public preschool institution. .
"Together, with the educators and the administration, we managed to contribute to the improvement of the conditions for the stay of our children in all educational units, which was the most important thing for us. When we looked at all the activities that took place in the past year, we were proud to be a part stories, even if only as cheerleaders, and that our children participated in all this, because they learned a lot. Nothing would exist if it weren't for the educators who work for the good of our children every day," Pavićević pointed out.
As befits, the presentation of the magazine began with a recital - five-year-old Staša and Danilo recited the poem "I have the right" by Renata Komljenović. And the ending was in the same rhythm, only this time Milica Nikolić read a poem by Dragana Lalić that was published in the yearbook. Both are members of the "Veseli Korki" team.
