The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) today submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to the well-founded suspicion that the person ZD submitted a false and untrue educational document for which, in the process of recognizing a foreign educational document on acquired secondary education, the competent institutions determined that it is not an authentic public document.

"Based on this, there is a reasonable suspicion that the person ZD has committed the criminal offense of falsifying a document from Article 412 of the Criminal Code. We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their competences and powers, with the aim of solving this important institutional problem," it says in MPNI announcement.
