The "Bistrica" water supply company from Bijelo Polje announced that around two hours after midnight there was a malfunction in the main water pipe that supplies water to the Nedakusi settlement.
They say that, in order to prevent possible damage to nearby buildings, half an hour later the water was shut off and the water supply to that settlement was stopped.
"The Bistrica Waterworks technical service team has been on the ground since the early hours of the morning and is working to eliminate the fault. The establishment of an orderly water supply is expected by 16:00 p.m. We ask all consumers for their patience and understanding," the announcement states.
