Candidates for the post of director of RTCG submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against members of the RTCG Council, director Boris Raonić and two lawyers, due to suspicion that they subordinated the public interest to the interest of the general director of RTCG.
In addition to Raonic, criminal charges were filed against RTCG Council President Veselin Drljević, members of that body Naod Zorić, Filip Lazović, Amina Murić, Milica Špajak and Vladimir Drekalović, head of RTCG Legal Service Željko Mićović and lawyer Zorica Đukanović.
Srđan Čović, Časlav Vujotić, Snežana Burzan Vuksanović, Slaven Knezović, Andrijana Kadija, Žarko Božović, Sabrija Vulić and Vladimir Maraš state in the report that there is a basis for suspicion of corrupt behavior, abuse of official position, and violation of human and labor rights, along with discrimination.
They state that in RTCG "once again the limit of respect for rights has been unscrupulously crossed, which represents a blatant insult to the public interest".
"Instead of benefiting the RTCG, financed by all citizens, in order to protect the public interest, inform and educate, the Council, lawyers and lawyers of the RTCG interpret laws and phenomena for the needs of Raonic, not their client RTCG. With the aim of providing Raonic with material profit that It is not followed by law. Please react urgently because of the importance of the RTCG and the institutional agony it is going through. This issue is already on the tables of all institutions of Montenegro and the EU", it is written in the criminal report submitted to the ODT Podgorica.
