This morning, the municipal police of Ulcinj removed an illegally poured concrete slab of about 15 square meters next to the entrance to the Old Town from the south side, the head of the municipal police, Amir Mehmeti, confirmed to "Vijesta".
"We removed the concrete by hand so as not to damage the previous foundation. Neither today nor yesterday when we went out to the field, we did not find anyone at the site", Mehmeti said, stating that because they had not determined who poured the concrete, they had not filed a report yet. .
The path on the right side of the entrance to the Old Town was concreted probably on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
The communal police reacted quickly and a day later, on Thursday, made a decision under an urgent procedure to remove the concrete from the surface.
