The revenues of the budget of the Municipality of Mojkovac, for the period from January to June this year, were realized in the amount of about 4,3 million euros or 56,51 compared to the annual plan.
However, when it comes to local revenues, as written in the report on the half-year budget implementation, only a little more than a fifth of the annual plan was achieved, i.e. only 168.562 euros. The ceded income in the reporting period was almost two million euros, and the income from the transfer was about 1,2 million euros.
The expenditures of the municipality of Mojkovac in the same period are about two million, which is slightly more than a fifth of the planned expenditures for the whole year. Current expenses for half a year amount to almost 1,6 million euros or 44 percent of the planned. In half a year, the local administration spent only 262.639 euros for capital income, which is not even seven percent of the planned annual funds.
However, the Municipality announces that the dynamics of spending money from the capital budget will be different during the rest of the year.
"The dynamics in the spending of funds was conditioned by the realization of income and objective reasons for the realization of those expenditures that could not be realized for the reporting period. This, above all, refers to the realization of capital investments, the execution of which, as a rule, is realized in the third and partly in the fourth quarter. Priority is given, first of all, to the implementation of the current budget, which also depends on the work of municipal bodies and services and public institutions and public companies founded by the municipality", it is written in the explanation of the budget implementation report.
In this reporting period, it was stated in that document, the Municipality has no significant outstanding obligations. On the last day of June, the main treasury account of Opštia has more than 2,3 million euros. Transferred funds from the previous year amount to around 1,8 million euros.
