School EdTech laboratories in Montenegro are equipped with a recycling device that transforms used PET packaging into raw material for 3D printers, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced.

The government department said that through this project, students go through the process of preparing and recycling waste in one place, and then 3D printing various useful items from recycled materials.

It is stated that this activity is implemented by the MPNI in cooperation with UNICEF, within the project "Digital, inclusive and transformative - quality education", which is implemented by UNICEF, UNESCO and ILO, with the financial support of the Fund for Accelerated Development of Montenegro.
