The goal of the Ministry of Public Administration, as announced, is to unify all services provided by the state administration and present them to citizens and the economy in a unique way, as well as on the new electronic administration portal, which is expected to be implemented in December.
The Minister of Public Administration, Maraš Dukaj, said today that their mission is to advance the digital transformation in Montenegro, which is becoming increasingly important and demanding, both technologically and organizationally.
"The goal is to improve public administration with a focus on key projects and strategies that shape the future of digital services and innovations," said Dukaj at the first session of the third convocation of the Coordinating Body for Managing the Digital Transformation Process.
Dukaj said that all activities are of crucial importance for the process of improving digitization and digital transformation and emphasized the importance of the project of creating the Guide to Administrative Procedures of the Government of Montenegro.
The meeting discussed the digitalization plan of eServices, information on the implementation of the system for the needs of the guest registration service, through information on the upcoming IT Spot event, to strategic documents that will be a pillar of digital health and smart specialization for the next five years.
The meeting ended with the adoption of conclusions, within which the area of digitization will be further improved and it was stated that it is necessary to speed up the process of digital transformation, and to take further adequate steps in order to plan future activities and map ways to overcome the identified challenges.
