The President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić sent his condolences to the representatives of the Spanish Parliament regarding the floods that hit Valencia, in which at least 63 people died.

Mandić sent his condolences to the president of the Spanish Senate, Pedro Rolan, and the president of the Congress of Deputies, Francina Armengol.
"It is with great sadness that we follow the news coming from Valencia and we express our deepest sympathy to all the families who lost their loved ones, as well as to all of Spain in this really difficult moment," Mandic said.
He emphasized that this disaster warns of the unpredictable force of nature and the necessity to do everything in order to protect and save human lives.
"We pray for the speedy recovery of all the injured and the restoration of the affected areas as soon as possible," Mandic added.
