The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, said that the public is outraged by the work of certain judges, and that he is sometimes ashamed.
"There are many judicial errors that are abnormal," Spajić said at the presentation of the European Commission (EC) report at the European House in Podgorica.
He stated that he finds it unbelievable that the industry complains about earnings.
He pointed out that he is talking about judges who are not doing their job well.
"We have to be realistic sometime," Spajić said.
Members of the Association of Judges will, as a sign of warning, periodically suspend proceedings in court proceedings, except in custody proceedings, proceedings against minors and cases of an urgent nature, due to, as they believe, the negative attitude of the Government towards the judicial branch of government and non-compliance with the obligations assumed under the Law on the Judicial Council and Judges. where irreparable damage could occur.
