The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, said that Mrdeeply shaken by the news about the tragic loss of life in Novi Sad.
"On behalf of the citizens of Montenegro and on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery. In these difficult moments, Montenegro is with the citizens of Novi Sad, and all of Serbia, and shares the pain of this tragedy," he wrote is Milatović on the X network.
At least 11 people died in the collapse of the canopy of the Railway Station in Novi Sad.
The mayor of Novi Sad, Milan Đurić, said that more than 30 people were injured.
By the way, there were benches under the canopy and a large number of citizens were on them at the time of the fall.
