Today is the Day of Mourning in Montenegro due to the accident at the train station in Novi Sad, in which 14 people died and three were seriously injured.
The decision to declare November 3 as the Day of Mourning in Montenegro was made by the Government at a telephone session.
"The day of mourning is marked by the obligatory display of the flag at half-mast on all buildings of state bodies and buildings of local self-government bodies and public institutions, in accordance with the Law on State Symbols and the Statehood Day of Montenegro," the decision states.
On the day of mourning, public, cultural and entertainment programs will not be held in public places, and music will not be broadcast in hospitality facilities.
Electronic and other media are obliged to adapt their program contents to the observance of the Day of Mourning.
