In Bijelo Polje, 136 food vouchers of 50 euros each were distributed, out of a total of 100.000 euros, which a Montenegrin family from Berlin provided for 2 families from all Montenegrin municipalities.
"Vouchers were distributed to the most vulnerable families of the Bijelo Polje municipality," announced OO Crveni krst Bijelo Polje.
They state that the distribution of assistance was carried out according to predetermined criteria, according to the social history of the beneficiaries, with special reference to elderly beneficiaries who need this type of assistance.
"The donation of a Montenegrin family from Berlin emphasizes the importance of solidarity and humanitarian action as key principles for reducing inequality and marginalization in society. Support for vulnerable families is another step in the direction of creating a fairer society in which no one should be neglected," said the Red Cross.
