The last session of the Nikšić Municipal Assembly, which was held at the end of October, was marked by the municipal "lada niva" license plate number NK CG 109, which disappeared a year and a half ago, but which is still there, according to the councilor Rajko Perović, "regularly pours fuel".
"We've been looking for a NK CG 109 Lada for a year and a half. You reported it to the Ministry of the Interior that it's broken, but you see miracles - the 'Lada' fills with fuel, 4.500 euros on its card, until the day before yesterday, fuel was used up. "Lada" is not there, they reported it to the MUP, people from the Municipality are being questioned, but fuel is being spent in her name. What's that called? The vehicle that you reported as broken and that the police are looking for and detaining the Municipality's workers for an informational interview, six so far, but it is being filled with fuel. It was poured on Thursday (October 24), Perović said.
He stated that 4.500 euros of fuel was poured into the missing "Lada" for a year and a half.
"I'm only afraid that she didn't go to Russia so that she doesn't get involved in this conflict and that someone doesn't 'sweep' us away, since we are small. To know that if Lada is not on the battlefield, we are relieved, because if she is on the battlefield, then we are in serious trouble. Why did you accuse the DPS of everything, and you can't determine where your vehicle that regularly fills up with fuel is," said Perović.
The Municipality replied to "Vijesti" that they checked Perović's claims and that, as stated in the reply, his statements that the missing "Lada Niva", whose disappearance was duly reported to the police, had consumed 4.500 euros of fuel in a year and a half, were incorrect. the reason is that the fuel card is limited to 80 euros per month, so that vehicle could spend 960 euros in one year.
"The fuel card was issued and used by the chief inspector in the Local Public Revenue Administration since the previous administration, since the mentioned vehicle has not been in driving condition since the end of 2020. The director of the Local Public Revenue Administration at the time established the practice of using that card to dispense fuel to couriers who deliver real estate tax decisions to citizens, in such a way that the amount of 80 euros per month will be divided according to needs," the answer reads.
As they stated, the chief inspector in the Administration of Local Public Revenue returned the fuel card addressed to the vehicle with the registration number NK CG 109 on June 7 of this year to the competent local government body and since then "the card ceases to be used".
"This unequivocally indicates that the allegations that the card was used by the authorities of the Municipality of Nikšić on October 24.10 are untrue. 2024 year. Three public invitations were announced for the sale of the Lada Niva at a price of 1.039 euros, to which no one responded. The mentioned vehicle was left in the parking lot behind the Municipality, from where, during the reconstruction of the parking lot, it was transferred to the Tehnobaza, where there is also another part of the vehicle that is not in driving condition, and from where the vehicle disappeared, which was properly reported to the police," they conclude in the answer. .
President of the SO Nemanja Vuković promised during the session that he would personally take an interest in the mentioned fuel consumption and that he would look for who used the card and how.
"We will look for what happened, who used the card and in what way, and believe me, I am ready to file a criminal complaint regardless of who it is and who committed such abuse, if it is true," Vuković promised.
Director of the Property Directorate of the Municipality of Nikšić Radosav Urošević confirmed at the session that the Lada Niva vehicle owned by the Municipality was stolen, that the Directorate, in accordance with the decision of the SO Nikšić, announced a tender for the sale of that vehicle when it was determined that it had been stolen, and that its disappearance had been reported to the police.
