Non-working days on the occasion of Njegoš's day - the Montenegrin holiday of culture will be November 13 and 14.
Based on the Law on National and Other Holidays, that national holiday is celebrated on November 13, and according to that law, national and other holidays are celebrated on two days, on the day of the holiday and the following day.
"State bodies, local self-government bodies, public institutions, public companies and other entities that perform activities of public interest are obliged to ensure that work is carried out on holidays, the interruption of which could have harmful consequences for citizens or the state," announced the Ministry of Labor and Employment and social dialogue.
