At a telephone session, based on the consent of the majority of members, the government gave consent for the lease of a building in Donja Gorica owned by the company "Čelebić" for the needs of a student dormitory.
The Government's announcement states that the offered rent price on a monthly basis is six euros per square meter, that is, 30.564 euros including VAT on a monthly basis, which for two months totals 61.129 euros including VAT.
At the beginning of this week, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and the company "Čelebić" mutually terminated the contract for the sale of that building, after that department made a decision to cancel the tender announced this summer.
