Due to the interruption of several cables on the private plot, which is part of the Mountain Center Kolašin 1450 in Bjelasica, the electricity supply to the state Ski Center, the Klisura tunnel, the Radio Broadcasting Center and the private hotel at the location Kolašin 1600 has been interrupted for several days.
As they told "Vijesta" in CEDIS, construction machines broke three 10 kV cables and one 35 kV cable that are not the property of that company, which leads to the substation "Jezerine", which supplies the state ski resort Kolašin 1600, and that the owner does not allow access to provide power.
According to what "Vijesti" unofficially managed to find out, one part of the cables that were cut off on a private plot is the property of the Capital Projects Administration, while the contractor of the Klisura tunnel is still formally listed as the owner of the others.
Srđa Anđelić, one of the co-owners of the plot where the power lines were cut, told "Vijesta" that in the morning hours yesterday, after "Vijesta" received the answers from CEDIS, they spoke with the "competent inspector and representatives of a ministry". But, as he explains, it did not result in an agreement. Anđelić claims that the cables were cut during the preparatory construction works on the plot, which he co-owns, and as for the installations, as he explains, the landowners did not know where they were or how many there were, nor whose they were.
"We were taken aback and surprised by the amount of cables buried on our plot. For those installations, it is not known whose they are, nor is there any documentation. We found out today, when the inspector came and that, I guess, the Public Works Administration installed those cables, illegally and without our approval. We never received a sketch of where they were placed, nor was the terrain marked, nor was we asked for consent. We are taken aback and confused. There is no transmission line project, property and legal relations have not been resolved. CEDIS is not the owner of those cables, so I don't know on what basis they requested access to the plot," Anđelić told "Vijesta".
According to CEDIS, the break was located from the last pillar no. 32 to the entrance to the substation.
"During the field tests and locating the location of the failure, the team determined that work was carried out at that location with a construction machine and that probably all the cables (KB 35kV pole no. 32 - TS 35/10kV "Jezerine", 10kV ski resort 1600, 10kV reserve 1600 , 10kV Klisura) that pass through that route were interrupted by a third party. What is important to point out is that the third party does not allow access to the specified location to the CEDIS teams in order to precisely locate the location of the failure and solve the problems on the cables. In addition to the impossibility of accessing the damaged cables, and due to the construction works, the access of CEDIS vehicles to "Jezerina" is also prevented, and our teams are ready when access is allowed to solve problems on the network caused by the actions of third parties", wrote CEDIS .
TS "Jezerine" is supplied by the hydroelectric power plant "Rijeka Mušovića" via two 35kV lines. As explained by CEDIS, it is about one set of cables and the other, which consists of a transmission line and a short part of the 35kV cable, about 230 meters long, from the back pillar no. 32 to the entrance to TS 35/10kV "Jezerine", where the fault was located.
According to CEDIS, the Ski Center 1450 is powered by DV 10 kV "Jezerina" outlet K2 in the substation "Breza", which goes from the substation 10/0,4kV Rijeka Mušovića to the substation 10/0,4kV "1450". The company reminds that the transmission line from the substation "Rijeka Mušovića" to the substation "1450" is not theirs, but the property of the private Ski Center 1450. CEDIS, however, owns the transmission line Breza - Rijeka Mušovića.
The state ski center did not advertise the fact that they have had no electricity since the beginning of the week. Allegedly, the state company uses a generator for the needs of the restaurant.
The state ski resort was without electricity for more than a month and a half at the end of 2020, for similar reasons. Then the power cables that were located on the land of the neighboring, private ski resort Kolašin 1450 were moved. Zoran Ćoć Bećirović. Allegedly, the route of the lines was at the location of the foundation of that building, so the competent inspection ordered the interruption of the power supply due to the danger of the cables that were on the surface of the ground after excavation.
