As a contribution to banning the use of PVC bags, the Municipality of Bijelo Polje will distribute 500 ecological bags to fellow citizens free of charge on the central square for the next four weekends, the Municipality announced.
Cegeri, of which there are a total of 2.000, are made of environmentally friendly materials and will contribute to a cleaner ecological environment in Bijelo Polje.
"This is just one of the many environmental actions in which the Municipality participates, deeply aware of the importance of a healthy and clean natural environment for all residents of Bijelo Polje," the announcement reads.
The action starts tomorrow (Sunday) at 11 am.
