A case has been filed regarding comments on the "Aktuelno" portal about the "Vijesti" journalist.

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kolašin opened a case regarding the comments published on the "Aktuelno" portal, which refer to "Vijesti" journalist Dragana Šćepanović.

"During the investigation, the investigating judge will be required to issue an order to determine the IP addresses from which the comments were posted in order to identify the author, after which a detailed analysis of the content of the comments will assess the existence of elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio," it was said.
