The Ministry of Public Administration implemented a request to annul all acts of the illegally convened IV Assembly of the Tourism Organization of the Municipality of Budva and that any decision from such an assembly session has no legal effect because they were made in an illegal procedure, the Budva Tourism Organization announced today, referring to the department's decision headed by Minister Maraš Dukaj.
At the session of the Assembly of the Tourist Organization, a new five-member Executive Board was appointed, and the dismissal of the Executive Director Nemanja Kuljača was announced at that time.
At the root of the conflict between the Municipality and TO Budva is a political war between the two conflicting parties of the former united Democratic Front (DF) - the political group "Budva our city" led by Nikola Jovanović and "For the future of Budva – Mladen Mikijelj" whose key functionaries are Kuljač .

"In recent weeks, the public was shaken by the story of an attempt by a group of citizens gathered around the group of citizens 'Budva our city' and some of the officials of the Municipality of Budva to carry out a legal coup in TO Budva.
