A delegation of the BKA University of Applied Sciences from the German city of Wiesbaden was on a three-day visit to Montenegro, and the central topic of discussion with representatives of state institutions was the transformation of the Police Academy into a higher education institution, as well as the improvement of existing programs with the support of the BKA
