In Tivat, work has begun on the second phase of the construction and decoration of the coastal promenade at Belani.
The value of the works is 492.000 euros, and the contractor is the company "Briv construction" from Kotor.
The new lungo mare promenade on Belani is about 400 meters long, and includes a stretch from the mule near the Faža house in the west all the way to the wire fence at the very eastern end, towards the Župa complex.
In the first phase of these works, the Municipality of Tivat invested more than 600.000 of its own funds in the past three years. Almost half a million is coming from the city coffers for the current second phase of the works, while JP Morsko Dobro from Budva has not yet paid its participation in the amount of 400.000 euros to the Municipality of Tivat for the realization of that investment, although the leaders of Morsko Dobro have promised on several occasions so far announced the payment of those funds.
