The head of the Service for Supervision and Control of Operations at Airports, Nikola Bulatović, once again called on the management of the Airport of Montenegro to find out what happened to the 42.000 euros, which were lost after a wrong payment in March of this year, and not to "try to avoid the essence" in their response to the media. , dealing with trivial matters".
On Monday, Bulatović filed a lawsuit for the protection of whistleblowers at the Basic Court in Podgorica, where he stated that his Department allegedly discovered a wrong payment, which is why he informed the company's management at the end of May, but also filed a criminal complaint with the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
He stated in the lawsuit that he believes that because of this, "the company's payback is possible" because they are preparing a new systematization by which they want to shut down the Sector in which he is the manager.
ACG stated in its response to "News" that the wrong payment of over half a million euros for the purchase of stairs was noticed at the end of March by employees in the financial and commercial sector of the company, not Nikola Bulatović.
They explained that 509.000 euros were returned to the Airports of Montenegro after a wrong payment, while in search of the remaining 42 thousand euros "they are negotiating every day with all relevant institutions that participated in the transfer of funds".
"We had the opportunity to hear how they are still working to find out where the sum of 42.000 euros ended up and how they are working to get that money back. This is an absolute falsehood and it is a case of classic deception of the public and manipulation of citizens. Seven months have passed and I claim that this money will never be returned to our company's account, and they also forgot to say why they did not collect the penalty amount of 28.000 euros due to the supplier's delay in deliver the equipment, and we had the right to do so according to the procurement contract," said Bulatović.

He emphasized that he believes that after this the SDT will seriously deal with this case, especially because of the damage of around 70.000 euros, and act on his criminal report.
