Worrying allegations of sexual harassment of children by teaching staff must be an alarm for the entire society, announced the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI).
"The resolution of such cases, due to their sensitivity, must be approached seriously, with the participation of all competent institutions. The MPNI, within the scope of its competence, will seek an urgent determination of all the facts regarding the case at the 'Slobodan Škerović' Gymnasium, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner. No we can allow any child in educational institutions or outside them to be exposed to any kind of threat to safety or dignity. The imperative of all of us is to ensure that our children grow up and learn in an environment that is encouraging, supportive, but above all safe," they said on the social network X from the government department headed by Anđela Jakšić Stojanović.
