The municipality of Danilovgrad has shown that it recognizes its potential, so it supports priority areas, said Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj.
He congratulated the President of the Municipality, Aleksandar Grgurović, and the President of the Municipal Assembly, Velimir Đoković, on December 9 - Danilovgrad Municipality Day.
"Danilovgrad, on the banks of the river Zeta and in the fertile Bjelopavlić plain, has always been proud of its spirit of freedom and its heritage and great historical and cultural heritage. The citizens of Danilovgrad are recognized for nurturing and preserving inherited values.
"The municipality of Danilovgrad has taken concrete steps in accordance with the requirements of the public administration reform in the area of modernization and improvement of the efficiency of local self-government, which is also recognized at the central level. Also, this municipality has shown that it recognizes its potentials, so it supports priority areas. This is evidenced by an undeniable fact that people are intensively and permanently moving to the municipality of Danilovgrad. It is evident that the local self-government is making an effort to valorize numerous potentials, both human and natural, to reach the pinnacle of development transformation.
"The Ministry of Public Administration continues to support the Municipality of Danilovgrad in the field of public administration reform and digitization, with the aim of improving the provision of electronic services to citizens.
