The Council of Parents of Podgorica High School "Slobodan Škerović" assessed at last night's session that Professor R.Č. he should not be a member of that collective, "Vijesti" learns.
According to unofficial information, the Council unanimously condemned the inappropriate behavior of the professor, and they expect the competent state authorities to shed light on the case quickly and take adequate measures against it.
The parents' council allegedly supported the school's management and teaching staff "in order to implement preventive and regular measures to identify and prevent similar incidents."
According to "Vijesti" information, the Council believes that everyone should contribute to the safety and security of students at school.
R.Č. sent inappropriate messages to a former student shortly after prom, who reported it to the school, explaining that he wanted to protect the other students.
The school sanctioned him financially, and R.Č. confessed to everything three years ago, claiming that it was a "game".
"...So, to the above-mentioned former student, whose complaint you informed me about orally, I owe, first of all, a huge apology", it is stated, among other things, in the statement, which Vučurović presented to journalists yesterday. R. Č. he also admits that he "made a mistake about teaching ethics and is aware of it...", is part of his statement that was presented yesterday at the press of the Gymnasium administration.
