The Tourist Organization (TO) Bar has published a public call for tenders for the leasing of prefab buildings of a temporary nature, i.e. stands (houses) as part of the organization of the New Year's Happening concert, which will last six days, from December 28, 2024 to January 2, 2025. in XNUMX.
This was announced by TO Bar and noted that under the auspices of the Municipality of Bar, they are organizing a New Year's Happening again this year, at which over 20 renowned performers from Montenegro and the region will perform.

They invited companies registered for catering activities, with their headquarters in the territory of the municipality of Bar, to submit their offers to this Call.
The tourist organization of the Municipality of Bar provides for use 13 prefabricated buildings of a temporary nature - stands (houses), measuring 2 meters by 2 meters, for the period from 28.12.2024. until 02.01.2025. year.
Applications for this call can be submitted until December 19.12.2024, 12. year, until 00:XNUMX p.m.
The conditions of the application are that the company applying in a sealed envelope encloses the application, the financial part of the offer, the original or a certified photocopy of the decision on the registration of the end user in the CRPS, the original or a certified photocopy of the decision on registration for VAT if the end user is liable for VAT, the variety of the offer (alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages and/or food) and proof of deposit payment.
"Business companies from point 1 of this Invitation have the right to submit only one offer. The initial (minimum) price of renting a prefabricated building of a temporary nature - a stand (house) is €900,00, which the selected bidders are obliged to pay and submit proof of payment when concluding the contract, which will specify the rights and obligations of the contracting parties", it is stated in TO Bar announcement.
The amount of the deposit is EUR 50,00 and serves as a guarantee of the offer and must be paid to the giro account 510-8139-67, opened at CKB Bank. Bidders must indicate their giro bank account in the application in case of deposit refund if they are not selected by invitation.
