In the future, the Capital Health Center will provide medical services for all members of the Budućnost Football Club. The three-year cooperation was agreed at yesterday's meeting of the management of the Health Center and FC "Budućnost".
"The sports medicine service of the Capital Health Center will provide an examination to determine general health capacity, which includes: filling out a sports medicine questionnaire, medical history, a complete physical examination by system, EKG, as well as laboratory findings. "Based on the examination and test results, a medical certificate is issued on the ability to participate in sports and physical activities," the announcement states.
The Director of the Health Center Dragana Durković pointed out that she is glad that FC "Budućnost" recognized not only the quality of the service, which is indisputable, but also the need to help the sports medicine service of that institution. She reminded that after the covid-19 pandemic, the sports medicine service encountered a smaller volume of work due to high competition in the private sector and that in recent months their capacities have been expanded for two more sports medicine specialists.
"We can freely say that from today everyone should emulate this synergistic action of FC 'Budućnosti' and DZ of the Capital City. This is an indicator of how the public interest can be preserved by doing business between institutions and societies in the capital," said member of the Board of Directors of the Health Center Igor Ljutica.
The executive director of FC "Budućnost" Novak Novaković said that he is sure that the cooperation will expand and improve.
"I am very pleased that we have established cooperation and foster good mutual relations between the companies, the founder of which is the capital city. "Given that we and the health centers are municipal companies/institutions, it is completely natural for us to cooperate and for public health institutions to have priority," said Novaković.
The director of the youth school of FK Budućnost, Srđan Radonjić, said that he is pleased that with the agreed cooperation they can provide children with the best health care.
"Once again, as a club, we have shown that cooperation with municipal authorities is our priority, and the most important thing is the health of our children, who are the pillars of the club and youth school. Once again, I would like to thank the Health Center of the Capital City for recognizing our work and for establishing cooperation that will be beneficial to everyone," said Radonjić.
