The Government of Montenegro made several decisions at the telephone session held yesterday.

The announcement states that the Government, based on the obtained consent of the majority of members, decided on:

1. Proposal for the statute of the Development Bank of Montenegro AD Podgorica
2. Information about the project "Construction of a prison for the northern region of Montenegro in Mojkovac"
3. Information on the implementation of activities in accordance with the Roadmap on the creation of a new Smart Specialization Strategy
4. Information on the implementation of activities and projects that are implemented through the system of indirect management of IPA funds with recognized key challenges (IPA II and IPA III) with a proposal to redefine the institutional framework and establish structures for the implementation of European Union support through the financial perspective of IPA III (2021-2027) in indirect management model
5. Information on the initiation of the procedure for the selection of suppliers of last choice and vulnerable customers of electricity for the period 2026-2028. year
6. Annual report on the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Program for the control of bacterial resistance to antibiotics for the period 2022-2024. year, for the year 2023
7. Report on the work of the Coordinating Body for the Protection and Promotion of Public Interest in the Field of Organizing Games of Chance for 2024 and
8. Information on the redirection of realized savings and provision of missing funds for certain consumer units.
