Red and orange weather warnings are in force in Montenegro due to the predicted strong gusts of wind.
Television Vijesti reports that the strongest hurricane-like gusts of over 100 kilometers per hour were recorded in Ulcinj this morning, while in Podgorica the wind blows with an intensity of 95 to 100 kilometers per hour.
As can be seen in the videos published by TV Teuta and shared by civic activist Aleksandar Dragićević on his Facebook account, it is snowing in Ulcinj.
Ulcinj, Stari Bar and Veliki Pijesak were without electricity for several hours due to the outage of the transmission lines "Možura-Ulcinj" and "Bar110 - Ulcinj", due to the storm caused by the stormy wind.

Meteorologist Dušan Pavićević, head of the Meteo Center of Television Vijesti, expects that the wind will reach its peak tonight, and that the wind will begin to weaken at the end of the day tomorrow.
Pavićević also believes that citizens have reason to be cautious when it comes to such gusts of wind.
"The wind started already during the night, it gradually got stronger. By 11 o'clock, the strongest gusts of wind in Podgorica were from 95 to 100 kilometers per hour. In Ulcinj, winds of as much as 108 kilometers per hour were recorded, which are hurricane-like wind gusts. It is very interesting that in those areas there are also high average wind speeds, from 50 to 60 kilometers per hour, which is not so common for the north wind the hurricane wind conditions the bringing of snow, so this morning we have the heaviest snow in Ulcinj," Pavićević pointed out in Vijesti at 12 on Vijesti Television.
He added that wind gusts of over 100 kilometers per hour can certainly cause communal problems.
"It all depends on how prepared we are, how much we take care, how much we put things away safely, protected. It's not gusts of wind that will bring down buildings and houses, but they can take roofs away, they can break weaker trees in urban areas if they are not properly arranged. It can break off branch so that it falls on a car, a careless pedestrian," Pavićević said.
