Until the Montenegrin Parliament adopts laws on spatial planning and construction of facilities, there will be no adoption of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro, and therefore no spatial and urban plans (SUP) for several cities, which are being developed in accordance with it, Slaven Radunović, Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, announced today.
