Workers from the Department of Cleanliness, Roads and Landfills have removed several illegal landfills in the territory of Podgorica.
The Capital City announced that landfills were being removed near the Adžović House, the Distribution Center and behind the Livestock Market.
435 tons of waste were collected in this campaign.
"As the new city administration, we want to transform all those spots that we have detected as black spots, as landfills and dumps, into a much more beautiful and pleasant space," said Podgorica Mayor Saša Mujović.
He added that the Čistoća teams cleaned Independence Square, where the Podgorica Bazaar was organized.
