Tošić will donate daily allowances from official trips to humanitarian causes

All daily allowances from official trips, until the end of her term, will be donated to humanitarian purposes by the President of the Pljevlja Municipal Assembly, Jovana Tošić.

She called on other colleagues, local and state officials, to do the same.

"I will donate all my per diems for official trips until the end of my term to the 'Be Humane' Foundation, and I invite other colleagues, local and state officials to do the same and donate per diems for official trips for humanitarian purposes. On social networks, we read appeals from humanitarian organizations almost every day regarding the collection of funds via SMS messages to help in the treatment of children and adults, which is also an alarm for the Government of Montenegro and the competent state institutions to find an improved model of financing the treatment of children and adults suffering from rare and serious diseases, which goes beyond the framework of the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro," Tošić said in a statement.
