The director of the public institution Museums and Galleries of Budva, Lucija Đurašković, filed a criminal complaint against Berislav Fabris, secretary of the Budva Municipal Assembly.
Đurašković's move is just a continuation of the accusations against Fabris, which were publicly made on Monday by many public officials, because they were prevented from entering the Budva Municipal Assembly session.
In her complaint, Đurašković accused Fabris of deliberately avoiding sending her, as a public official, an invitation to attend the session, even though it was her right and obligation, and had already shortened the list of persons allowed to enter the hall to only those who support Nikola Jovanović.

She claims that all of this is just part of a broader action to make it easier for members of illegal structures to take over Budva and that she will certainly not remain silent.
"I have fought relentlessly throughout my four decades of career for culture to prevail over unculture, and I will not remain silent now that it has become obvious that convicted criminals from the DPS are returning to power with the support of Jovanović's henchmen. This will be fatal for the cultural life of the city, because we had the opportunity to see what all of this looks like in the past," said Đurašković.

Finally, she added that she expects the police and prosecutor's office to react urgently and to sanction the politicization of the work of this home and send a message that something like this must never happen again.
