Improving the position of public administration employees, as carriers of reforms important for the entire society, is a common goal of the Union of Administration and Judiciary and the competent state authorities, said the Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj.
As announced by the Ministry of Public Administration, Dukaj said this at a meeting with the president, vice president and head of the legal team of the Trade Union, Nenad Rakočević, Edin Mušović and Saša Šimun.
Dukaj said that the MPA, within its jurisdiction, is always there to support the justified demands of the Union of Administration and Judiciary.
"To contribute to the dialogue towards improving the position of all civil servants in public administration," said Dukaj.
As stated in the statement, he has undertaken the obligation to strengthen the negotiating positions of the Syndicate, as a representative of all public administration employees, in communication with other authorities.
"Those in charge should not see the Union as a confrontational, but rather a partner organization, because the goals are ultimately shared - an improved position of public administration employees, as the bearers of all reforms important for the entire society," said Dukaj.
