According to the new Rulebook on internal organization and systematization of jobs in the Office of the President of the Municipality of Kolašin, which was adopted by the President Petko Bakić, in the future there will be 14 jobs, or 18 employees.
Under the previous regulations, there were eight positions in that service, or nine employees.
The internal organization and systematization do not include "official positions", that is, the mayor and two vice-presidents, which are an integral part of the cabinet.
According to the new Regulation, the Office of the President, among other things, provides inspection supervision through the Inspection Supervision Sector. This sector, as explained, will carry out inspection supervision in the field of tourism and communal services, so five positions will be covered by as many as seven inspectors. The Office of the President also includes the Chief City Architect and the Municipality Manager.
In addition to them, the Office of the President also includes a manager for general and legal affairs, three senior advisors, and five clerks.
New regulations for several other organizational units of local government have been published on the Municipality's website. Three positions have been systematized in the Chief Administrator's Service, and in addition to the administrator, there will be one senior advisor and a clerk. According to the new regulations, there will be 18 employees in the Protection and Rescue Service.
The Secretariat for Finance, Property and Economic Development is expected to employ 29 civil servants and employees in 27 positions.
In the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, Communal Affairs and Traffic, 13 jobs have been identified, with 15 employees, while the Secretariat for Environmental Protection will have nine jobs with 10 employees. The Municipality of Kolašin employs around 120 people.
