President of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) and Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Vladimir Joković, congratulating Zeta Municipality Day, said that "although the youngest municipality, it was the first Serbian state, and rightfully occupies one of the most important places in the history of Montenegro."
He congratulated the Mayor of Zeta, Mihailo Asanović, the President of the Municipal Assembly, Nebojša Domazetović, as well as the citizens, on the occasion of the Municipality Day.

Its glorious history, rich cultural heritage, and favorable geographical position represent exceptional potential, which, along with the valorization of natural resources and investments in agriculture and tourism, gives this municipality real opportunities to become a success story that will attract numerous domestic and foreign investors," said Joković.
It was also stated that agricultural production is the main branch of activity of the citizens of Zeta.
"The products of hardworking Zeta hosts are placed on all markets throughout Montenegro and the region, thus complementing the tourist offer of our region in the best way. Considering the fact that more and more citizens, not only of Zeta, but of all of Montenegro, are turning to agriculture, investment in this branch of the economy must be a priority for both the state and local authorities. Therefore, the citizens of Zeta will have a reliable partner in the Ministry of Agriculture in order to best meet their needs and create even better living conditions for all citizens of this municipality," said Joković.
