The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation announced that, in cooperation with the Double L Center for Foreign Languages and Translation, a CLIL manual for teachers has been developed for the first time in Montenegro.
They said that the manual represents an additional resource for improving the quality of teaching in bilingual classes in primary schools, in order to provide support to teachers implementing CLIL teaching, "and on the other hand, to encourage students' academic success and their language competence."
"The manual has been prepared in our, English and Albanian languages and represents a comprehensive roadmap and support for teachers for the successful integration of CLIL into bilingual educational environments," the statement reads.
They say that this semester, the implementation of CLIL training for teachers will continue, in order to continuously increase the number of classes in which teaching is conducted bilingually and to encourage the development of language competencies of both students and teachers.
