Darko Vlahović, Director of the CREAM Europe PPP Alliance and Ambassador of the Swiss organization Impact Global Alliance in Montenegro, reacted to yesterday's statement by the Football Association of Montenegro (FSCG), which was published yesterday on the Vijesti portal.

"Gentlemen from FSCG, finally speak out after four and a half years, since when I have been publicly and continuously informing the Montenegrin public about irregularities and possible corruption and organized crime regarding the project of the Eastern Stand of the city stadium under Gorica.
You are expected to defend yourself from serious accusations by talking about your 'humanity and nobility', playing on the emotions of our citizens, and all as you say, 'with the best intentions in accordance with best practices and the goal of improving sports infrastructure in our country'. Not a word about whether it is legal for you to forcibly hand over a 'donation' that former mayor Olivera Injac has been refusing to accept for 20 months. That illegal 'donation' of yours should lay the foundation for more than 26 million euros to be paid from the budget of all citizens, in order to finance one stadium stand with parking.
Gentlemen from FSCG, I present myself as I am, unlike you who present yourself as what you are not. You are an illegal leadership that has elected itself to office in violation of the law, that is, "thugly", and you present yourself as what you are not. Confirmation is the fact that FSCG has not been registered in the Register of Sports Organizations since 2021, which is an obligation under the Law on Sports for all sports organizations. This is also confirmed by the Sports Inspectorate, the Administrative Court and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, which has not allowed you to register for three and a half years and for which you are paying high fines at the expense of the FSCG budget.
Gentlemen from FSCG, I did not know that I, as an ordinary man, was so powerful that I could stop the construction of the Eastern Stand, stop the implementation of the law, stop three mayors from accepting your 'donations' permitted by law, influence the Special State Prosecutor's Office to form a criminal case, influence the investigation procedure to be conducted in full swing and conduct evidentiary and investigative actions, all regarding the case of the Eastern Stand of the Pod Gorica Stadium.
Gentlemen from FSCG, gather your courage and do not hide behind evening announcements and from participating in TV shows where I am a guest, but go directly to the public through TV shows, where we will tell the Montenegrin public our claims face to face, if you are telling the truth.
"I encourage you to file a report as soon as possible, but if it took you 12 hours to react to a text that was viewed by more than 117 readers and only in the evening hours to inform the public that you will sue me as soon as possible, my hope is greater than reality," Vlahović said.
