Mayor Nikola Đurašković announced that the Royal Capital will establish a foundation that will support the health problems of the citizens of Cetinje.
She says that it will also support young talents, the most successful students, athletes, as well as cultural workers.
"I expect the foundation to start operating by autumn at the latest," Đurašković wrote on X.
