The informal student group "Where Tomorrow?" called for a new protest on Saturday.
As they announced on their X network page, the gathering is planned for 19.30:XNUMX p.m. in front of the Ministry of Internal Affairs building, followed by a walk to the Government building.
"Enough is enough of turning a blind eye to the truth, ignoring responsibility, and remaining silent about injustice. Come together to show that we will not allow ourselves to be ignored and that we will not retreat until our demands and needs are met. See you on Saturday, 19:30 PM," said the informal student group "Where's Tomorrow?"
In response to the tragedy in Cetinje on January 1, 2025, students are demanding the dismissal of the Minister of Interior, Danilo Šaranović, and the Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense, Aleksa Bečić.
They also call for an urgent response from the competent institutions to proactively address weapons possession, reform the police system, restore civic education as a mandatory subject in schools, and improve the institutional approach to mental health care.
