Crowd at "Limenca": Čarapić waited in line, then gave up

The daily struggles of Podgorica citizens trying to obtain personal documents at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP), in the famous "Limenca", were experienced firsthand by Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Vasilije Čarapić.

With a sleeping child in his arms, he was visibly surprised by the large crowd, quickly gave up waiting in line and left "Limenka" with his wife, where the wait could be up to an hour.
