At today's session, the government approved the use of 200.000 euros from the Current Budget Reserve to provide financial assistance to the families of those killed in the mass murder in Cetinje on January 1st.
On that day, Aco Martinović from Cetinje shot and killed twelve people and seriously wounded four, before committing suicide. One person later died at the Clinical Center.
