At the extraordinary session of the Ulcinj Municipal Assembly, scheduled for today, the councilors will have only one agenda item - the Proposal for a decision on granting consent to the decision on the loan of DOO Komunalne djelatnost.
The utility company planned to borrow 3,4 million euros from Prva Banka, of which 2,4 million were intended to pay debts for taxes and contributions, and one million euros for the purchase of new waste collection machines.
The Municipal Corporation received the green light for the loan from the Mayor. Nimanbegua Gent, departmental secretary Learta Taipija and the President of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Ljuiđa Škrelje.
Prva Banka, as the most favorable bidder, announced that the regular interest rate is 5,95 percent, and the default interest rate is two percent.
The loan guarantor is the Municipality of Ulcinj. Monthly annuities, if the decision is adopted, will amount to approximately 37,3 thousand euros.
