Minister of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography Damir Gutic He reported to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) that last year he became the owner of a 59 square meter apartment in Podgorica, as well as an 11 square meter garage.
He informed the Agency about this in his regular annual report, while there is no extraordinary asset card on the Agency's website relating to the increase in assets by 10.000 euros.
Gutić, a former MP, did not list this property in reports relating to 2023, nor in mid-last summer when he submitted the property to the Agency for inspection upon assuming the position of minister.
The Minister of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography earned between 1.793 and 1.843 euros last year, and owns a 2007 Passat car, 1.400 shares of Crnogorski Telekom and 15.000 shares in the state-owned Plantaže.
Minister of Maritime Affairs Filip Radulović He submitted a report at the request of the Agency in which he reported only his monthly earnings.
According to an earlier report, which refers to 2023, Radulović is the owner of a 48-square-meter apartment, as well as a 13-square-meter garage space. He took out a housing loan of 2022 euros in 73.000, and from November 2023 to July 23, 2024, he served as Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs in the Government of Montenegro.

The former mayor of Podgorica submitted a report 30 days after leaving office. Olivera Injac, who earned 2.011 euros in that position in November and December last year.
Injac is the co-owner of two family houses, one measuring 134 square meters and the other measuring 103 square meters, with yards measuring 352 and 117 square meters, and also owns a 65 square meter apartment. According to her property records, she inherited all of this. She owns half of a 41 square meter apartment in Budva, which she claims she bought.
Her base salary for the position of mayor was 1.871 euros for ten months in 2024.
Janović in the state parliament 1.664, and in the local 300 euros
A regular annual report was also submitted to the Agency by a member of the Parliament of Montenegro, Tonći Janović (Europe Now Movement).
As an MP, he received a basic salary of 12 euros for the 1.664 months of last year, while as a councilor in the Tivat Municipal Assembly (MA) he earned 300 euros per month.
Janović is the heir to the ground floor and first floor of the house, measuring 85 and 104 square meters respectively.
This MP also has a mortgage loan of 30.000 euros in his name, which he took out in May 2023.
Over the past year, he has also changed vehicles, so he now owns an Audi, manufactured in 2017, while his wife, Anđela, owns half of it.
According to the latest report he submitted to the Agency, in 2023, Janović purchased an Aprilia motorcycle that was manufactured that year.
