The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, announced that St. Anthony's College, University of Oxford, will provide financial support to students from Montenegro who enroll in that prestigious college.
Milatović wrote on his X-network account that it was the result of a conversation he had with the dean of a college during his time at Oxford University.
"As someone who had to take out a loan to study at this university, I know firsthand how crucial financial support is for young people who want to obtain a top-notch education. This initiative aims to provide talented students from Montenegro with easier access to one of the most prestigious academic centers in the world. Montenegro has many great young people who have talent, dedication, and a desire to learn and progress," said Milatović.
