The System 48 service, through which citizens in Podgorica have been able to communicate with the services of the Capital City and submit requests and suggestions for almost ten years, is now a Citizens' Service and is available on the website gradjanski.podgorica.me.
The Citizens' Service Portal, as announced yesterday by the Capital City, is available to citizens as a location through which they can submit requests and report problems within the jurisdiction of services, companies and bodies of the Capital City.
As was the case with System 48, the city administration is also obliged to inform citizens about the status of reports submitted through the Citizen Service and the method of resolution within 48 hours.
"The notification will be sent via the communication channel that citizens choose (e-mail, portal, SMS or telephone)," they said in a statement.
They added that reports submitted on Fridays and weekends will be processed from the following Monday, while those submitted during holidays will be processed on the first business day, except for reports related to city services and companies that have emergency response teams on duty.
"We remind you that the city administration is open to all citizens and this is one way to increase the transparency and efficiency of resolving requests, therefore we invite all citizens to be our partners and report all problems through the new portal," the Capital City stated.
Abuse of the service is punishable, the city administration said. On the portal gradjanski.podgorica.me, in addition to the ability to submit reports, users can review previously submitted ones.
In addition to the web form, citizens can submit applications via the email address gradjanski@podgorica.me, and the following phone numbers are also available: 020482052, 080081081 (which is free), SMS contact: 068181118.
The Citizens' Service counter is located at 20 Njegoševa Street.
The previous service, Sistem 48, worked in the same way while it was in operation. The web address where it was available - sistem48.podgorice.me, is no longer active.
