The spatial planning and urban rehabilitation programs of the Municipality of Kolašin for this year envisage work on 17 infrastructure facilities, the most important of which is the construction of the gondola Breza - Railway Station - Smrčje - Ćirilovac - Kolašin 1450 - Kolašin 1600, worth 60 million euros.
Money is being provided from the capital budget through the Capital Projects Authority, and the gondola will be built over several years.
This document envisages the continuation of the implementation of the water supply improvement project, the construction of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and a sewage network, which will cost 12 million euros. Among the multi-year projects is the development of areas within the Sports Zone, which will cost 4,5 million euros. The construction of sports fields is also due to begin in April, and money has been provided for the first four phases. Solving the so-called "bottleneck" on the road in Donji Pažanj will cost 2,5 million euros.
The municipality has also planned to start the reconstruction of the Kolašin - Jezerine road this year, which will cost 16 million euros, as well as the start of the rehabilitation of the landfill, which will cost four million. Five million euros will be spent on the construction of the main road with other infrastructure in the Breza settlement, which is expected to start this year. The reconstruction of the Velje Duboko - Kapetanovo Jezero road will cost one million, and the construction of the bridge over the Pčinja River in Lugovi will cost 250.000 euros. Around 1,7 million euros are planned for the rehabilitation of municipal roads.
When it comes to spatial planning documentation, the Municipality reminds that "after the adoption of Amendments and Supplements to the Spatial and Urban Plan of the Municipality of Kolašin, Amendments and Supplements to the Detailed Urban Plans of Centar, Breza and Smailagića Polje are necessary. In the first quarter of 2025, the Program of Temporary Facilities for the Territory of the Municipality of Kolašin (2025-2030) will also be adopted."
Significant amounts will also be spent on planning and technical documentation. An amount of 1,5 million euros is planned for the expropriation of land for the needs of several infrastructure projects. The technical documentation for the reconstruction of the Kaluđerov Most and the Morača Monastery, i.e. the conservation and main design, will cost 30.000 euros, and the preparation of technical documentation for the fire station, the day care center for children with disabilities and developmental difficulties, and the city garage will cost 20.000 euros each.
