Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property Slaven Radunović reported that his household saved 137.000 euros last year, but also that he no longer owns cryptocurrencies.
In his regular annual report for last year, Radunović told the Anti-Corruption Agency that he had 31.000 euros in cash, while his wife Tanja Radunović had saved 106.000 euros.
The Minister of Urban Planning reported his wife's savings upon taking office in August last year, when he had 29.000 euros in cash.
He also reported savings of 29.000 euros in his annual report for 2023, in March last year, but that report did not include information about his wife's cash. Radunović also reported that he owned cryptocurrencies at that time, but there is no information about them in his latest asset report - for 2024.
As a minister, Radunović earned between 1.332 and 2.456 euros per month last year, and his wife, as a business secretary at the University of Montenegro (UCG), earned between 680 and 1.236 euros per month.
As the president of the Coordination Body for the implementation of the “Velje Brdo” project, he earned 690 euros each in October, November and December of last year. Radunović also headed the Commission for the distribution of part of the budget funds, for which he did not receive any compensation.
The minister, as he states, earned 15.871 euros from the issue during 2024, and also has a 3,83 percent stake in the ownership of "Srpska kuća".
The Radunovićs own three apartments - two in Podgorica, measuring 200 and 67 square meters, and one in Bijela measuring 60 square meters. They also own two garages, and all of these properties were acquired, according to the property report, by selling property. According to the report, Radunović has a business space measuring 248 square meters.
They own thousands of square meters of forests, orchards, vineyards, and pastures in Brčeli and Novo Selo.
Radunović's wife owns a 207 Peugeot 2011, and he owns a 4 Land Rover Discovery 2012.
