The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MESI) filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica on suspicion that AOD submitted false and untrue educational documents that were determined by the competent institutions to be unreliable during the recognition process.
"Based on this, there is a reasonable suspicion that the person AOD committed the criminal offense of forging a document under Article 412 of the Criminal Code. We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their jurisdiction and powers, in order to resolve this significant institutional problem," the Ministry said in a statement.
